- Being refused the right to rent or buy a house based on your disability, race, religion, color, national origin, gender, or familial status (children)
- A landlord told you a house/apartment was unavailable when it in fact was available and continued to be advertised
- OR, being refused to have a support or service animal in your house/apartment.
These are just a few of discriminatory behaviors protected under the Fair Housing Act.
